Randy Little Kiwi Cocktail
Fresh kiwifruit blends with traditional Midori creating a lively colour and a classic new Zealand cocktail.
Ingredients
- 30ml Midori
- 30ml Russian Standard original
- 1 teaspoon of raw sugar
- 1 kiwi fruit
Method
- Muddle the kiwi fruit and sugar in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and remaining ingredients
- Shake vigorously
- Serve in a tumbler over ice
