Pink Gin Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 40ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 Dessert spoon caster sugar
  • Soda water
  • 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 2 x lemon wedges

Method

  • Add the gin and lemon juice to a tall glass
  • Add the sugar, stirring it into the gin and lemon juice until it's completely dissolved
  • Fill glass completely with ice, then charge with soda water - add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Serve with 2 x lemon wedges, then give one final stir and serve
