Marmalade Rum Sour Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 60ml Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
  • 1/3 Egg White from a Free Range Egg
  • Dash of Sugar Syrup
  • Juice of Whole Lime
  • 1 x Large teaspoon of Marmalade

Method

  • Shake all ingredients in a Boston shaker
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail or sour glass
