Kentucky Lemonade

Kentucky Lemonade Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 45ml McKenna Bourbon
  • 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup (1 part caster sugar to 1 part boiling water, then cooled)
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 30ml soda water
  • Lemon wedge for garnish

Method

  • Cut lemon wedge for garnish
  • Add ice to high ball glass
  • Add 45ml McKenna
  • Press lemon juice into glass
  • Add 10ml sugar syrup
  • Top with soda
  • Add bitters and stir
  • Garnish with lemon wedge and serve
