Jager Mule Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 60 mls Jagermeister
  • 5-10 fresh mint leaves
  • Half of a fresh lime
  • Half of a teaspoon of Demerara Sugar
  • Schweppes Ginger Beer

Method

  • Muddle mint, lime and sugar in the base of a Boston, then add the Jagermeister and ice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into an ice filled Highball or Pilsner Glass
  • Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
