Jager Mule Cocktail
Ingredients
- 60 mls Jagermeister
- 5-10 fresh mint leaves
- Half of a fresh lime
- Half of a teaspoon of Demerara Sugar
- Schweppes Ginger Beer
Method
- Muddle mint, lime and sugar in the base of a Boston, then add the Jagermeister and
ice
- Shake well
- Strain into an ice filled Highball or Pilsner Glass
- Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
