Cointreaupolitan Cocktail

An adaptation of the famous Cosmopolitan, this is a surprising and tasty cocktail with an attractive glamorous pink colour; the perfect introduction to a new world of sensations.

Be Cointreauversial!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Cointreau
  • 30ml Cranberry Juice
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Orange

Method

  • Carefully peel the orange and twirl the peel around a cocktail stirrer
  • Fill a Boston shaker with fresh ice
  • Pour in all of the ingredients and shake well
  • Strain into a Martini glass
  • Garnish with the orange peel and serve. Enjoy
