Bombay Sapphire Summer Punch
Ingredients
- 1/2 bottle of Bombay Sapphire Gin (500ml)
- 1 bottle Gewurztraminer (750ml)
- 2 Litres of Apple Juice (cloudy)
- 1 Bunch of Fresh Grapes (red and green)
- Mint Leaves
- 2 Limes & 2 Lemons cut into wedges
Method
- Pour into a punch bowl, the Bombay Sapphire, Gewurztraminer & apple juice
- Chop up fruit, add to punch, then squeeze in the juice of the limes & lemons and drop in the wedges
- Take the mint leaves in your hands, lightly scrunch them into a ball and slap your hands together to release the flavours
- Fill punch bowl with one large block of ice
- Stir well
NB. Use an ice cream container to make the large block of ice. Fill with water and 1 Lemon cut into wedges. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
