Limoncello Basil Blade Cocktail
This cocktail has hailed from the Lounge Lover cocktail bar in London. Simple, refreshing and delicious. Enjoy at the beginning of a long Saturday lunch with friends.
Ingredients
- 45ml Lemon Z Limoncello
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4 Large Basil Leaves
- Sparkling wine
Method
- In the base of a mixing glass add all except sparkling wine
- Muddle lightly
- Fill with ice and shake well
- Fine strain into a chilled champagne flute
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a sprig of Basil
