Bacardi Mojito
Ingredients
- 45ml Bacardi Superior Rum
- 10 mint leaves
- 2 bar spoons caster sugar
- 1 mint sprig for garnish
- 1/2 a lime
- Dash of soda (30ml max)
- Ice
Method
- Crush ice in tea towel with rolling pin
- Cut lime into cubes and add to hi ball glass
- Add caster sugar and muddle into lime wedges
- Pick mint sprig for garnish
- Pick 10 mint leaves, give a gentle slap, and add to glass
- Muddle leaves gently
- Add 45ml Bacardi Superior Rum
- Fill glass with ice
- Stir with bar spoon to combine all ingredients
- Top up with crushed ice
- Add Soda
- Garnish with mint sprig
