Appleton Voodoo Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 50ml Appleton V/X
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 100ml Apple Juice
  • Ice

Method

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with two thirds ice
  • Add Appletons V/X, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, sweet vermouth and apple juice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into an ice filled highball
  • Garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
