Appleton Downhill Racer Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 25ml Appleton V/X
  • 25ml Amaretto
  • 75ml Pineapple Juice
  • Ice

Method

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with two thirds ice
  • Add Appletons V/X, Amaretto and Pineapple Juice
  • Shake well
  • Strain into a Martini glass
